Planning Your Wedding, Step by Step

Step 1

Know Your Budget

It is important to understand your budget when planning catering. Consider the cost of drinks, appetizers, dinner, and dessert, plus tax and gratuity, similar to a restaurant meal. Additional fees for delivery and service may include plate service, server hours, bartending hours, and linen, plus fees imposed by your venue.

Step 2

Take a Look at the Menu

Our menu gives you a snapshot of our tried and true recipes. We are happy to curate a menu according to what you have in mind, incorporating available seasonal ingredients and dietary needs. Pricing is per plate and per piece unless otherwise noted. View our full menu online for details.

Step 3

Fill Out Request Form

Fill out our Wedding Catering Inquiry Form so your details are incorporated into our quote software as we put together your custom wedding menu and pricing. Once received, we will reach out to schedule a phone call to hear more about your full vision, guest count, and wedding day plans.

Step 4

Schedule a Tasting

We offer cost-free tastings for quotes over $5000. Tastings are specially prepared by Chef Adam for up to 4 people, with a $30 fee for every extra guest, limited to 6 people total. Tastings are typically held on Tuesday evenings, though special circumstances can be fully accommodated on other days.

Step 5

Contract + Deposit

To reserve our services for your wedding day, we request that you sign our virtual contract and remit a 50% deposit by credit card or ACH. This secures your date, locks in current pricing, and lets our team begin building the full details of your wedding catering plan and menu.

Step 6

RSVPs + Name Cards

Once you’ve sent invitations and started collecting RSVPs, design name and place cards with dietary details marked using an easy symbol, like a cow for beef or carrot for vegetarian. Keep names legible. Send RSVP sheets 4 weeks before your wedding so we can finalize meals and invoice. RSVP guide.

Step 7

Two Week Phone Call

Once we’re two weeks away from your wedding day, we will call to confirm your final head count and meal choices, walk through the day’s timeline, and answer remaining questions. Your final payment is due at this time so we can lock in numbers, order ingredients, and staff your event.
