Our Bar Packages

Premium Hosted

Enjoy premium liquor brands, a classic American keg beer, and your choice of two house wines, plus Coca-Cola products, juices, plastic glassware, and ice. Upgrade any beer to Premium for $1.00 per person, per brand, per hour. First hour is $13, second hour $9, each additional hour $6 per person.

Premium & Top Shelf Hosted

Includes premium and top shelf liquor brands, a premium keg beer, and your choice of two upgraded wines, plus Coca-Cola products, juices, plastic glassware, and ice. First hour is $15 per person, second hour $10 per person, and each additional hour is $7 per person for this fully hosted package.

Partially Hosted Bar

The host sets a spending limit and covers drinks up to that set amount, while guests can also purchase extra drinks themselves. Once the total reaches the host’s set amount, the bar switches to cash or credit card payment, collected directly from each guest for the remainder of the event.

Beer, Wine & Soft Drinks Hosted Bar

Host pays for beer and wine all event; guests purchase their own liquor and mixed drinks. Includes keg beer, two house wines, Coca-Cola, glassware, and ice. Upgrade any beer to Premium for $1.00 per person, per brand, per hour. First hour $10, second hour $6, additional hours $4 per person.

Cash Bar

All drinks are paid for directly by guests at the bar, giving them full choice over what they order throughout the event. The host only covers the cost of the bartender and bar setup, making this the most budget-friendly hosted option available for weddings, parties, and other Stonehouse Catering events.

Bar Service

Our Bar Agreement

We ID

Guests must have ID available upon request to be served alcoholic beverages. Our bartenders are instructed to ID everyone that they believe may be 35 years of age or younger.

One-Drink-Warning

We reserve the right to refuse to serve any guest that has consumed, or appears to have consumed, an excessive amount of alcohol. We are happy to create a mocktail for them upon request.

Mobile Bar Limitations

Being a mobile bar comes with its limits. The menu and amounts of each drink will be pre-set and agreed upon by the host of the party and Stonehouse Catering Events Team.

Unopened Alcohol Doesn’t Leave the Bar

Our Liquor License prohibits us from serving sealed alcohol containers. If there is any prepaid, unopened alcohol at the end of the night, it will remain in our possession.
